Do you have questions about developing your book in regards to our service? Well, we may have already answered them. Check out our most frequently asked questions below because one of them could be your question. We do have a separate Knowledge Center that addresses questions about writing, book development and the publishing industry itself. Only our clients will have direct access to it.
How do I get started with Book Writing Pros?
It all starts with contact! Please send us some of information about your project using our contact page form. We’ll then request a writing sample (e.g. chapter) from your manuscript if you have one available in order to get an idea of your writing and/or editing needs.
My book is written but I need professional feedback. Do you provide that?
Yes, we provide a manuscript review and analysis. We describe these services on our editorial page.
How long is this process?
The time truly depends on the word count and the complexity, or level of assistance, required or requested. We can get most projects done in under three months. If you have a special deadline, let us know.
How can I ensure the privacy and copyright protection of what I submit?
Some writers feel more comfortable with having a confidentiality agreement called an "NDA" (nondisclosure agreement). If necessary, authors may send an NDA before sending samples or we will supply one. Just request it beforehand.

We can usually start on a project immediately if all the particulars are in place. Should there be a delay for any reason, the client will be alerted.

We have experienced, highly-trained writing coaches who help prospective authors ensure they are composing clear, coherent, cohesive ideas.
How can I get an idea of what the editorial work (editing, interior layout, and cover design) will cost?
We typically ask that writers send a short sample of their writing from the manuscript (one chapter or so) or book. All samples are reviewed to determine the level of editing. Based on the word count and the level of editing, the price is determined. The interior layout and cover are usually a standard rate based on the complexity and page count.
Can I pay in installments?
We do allow installments after a deposit is made.
Will I get a writing coach near me?
We try to assign coaches who are most familiar with a particular style, genre or topic rather than geographic proximity.
I don’t have a publisher, so can Book Writing Pros help me get one?
We are not publishers, but we do offer additional services to help with getting your book published.
Do you work with all writers?
We are selective about our clients because we want to ensure a good experience for all parties. In offering a more personalized service, we seek, in our clients, what we expect to deliver: respect, honesty, proficiency and congeniality.
